What is the turnaround time for our deliverables?
To give you the best results from your wedding, our production time is 3months (non-peak) and 4months(peak) for actual day weddings. However for engagements, pre/post weddings and other events, the production time will be 5-10 working days.
do you have your own transportation?
There will be a $100/day transport fee for our shooters so that their travels are all covered. This will be added on top of your package.
am i eligible for a refund after paying?
There will be no refunds once payment is made.
Will taufik be shooting my wedding?
Yes, Taufik will be shooting your wedding! However if there are some unforeseen circumstances (emergencies), there will be freelance shooters ready to cover him.
